Global telecom conference to be held on April 25
RECORDER REPORT
LAHORE (February 04 2009): The Second Global Telecommunication Congress 2009 (TeleCON 2009) will be held on April 25, 2009 in Lahore with special emphasis on 'Emerging Technology--Challenges & Opportunities'. The Shamrock Conferences International, after the successful holding of first conference TeleCON 2008 in Karachi, has designed the upcoming conference in collaboration with Pakistan Telecommunication Authority to bring the industry specialists and speakers from both public and private sectors.

The participants will discuss challenges and opportunities of the fast growing sector; alternative strategies for a regulatory framework, business-friendly environment and consumer satisfaction. Improvement in foreign direct investments (FDI) during this period of economic challenges is also intended to be critically examined.
