A source reports an eyewitness account, “An eyewitness says, “It was a late-night show for Marley and Me. The hall had only a handful of people present.

Ranbir and Deepika got the best seats in the house right in the last row in the corner with ample privacy. The couple looked a little distant.

nuvifone.jpg

GPS icon Garmin and ASUSTeK Computer have partnered to design, manufacture and distribute co-branded location-centric smartphones.

The first nüvifone has GPS friend finding, a parking space recorder, dashboard mount, and photo geotagging to allow other people to find the location of the photo. For example you send a photo of the coffee house where you want to meet and since it is geotagged, your friend with the same phone can get directions to the coffee house.

Garmin and ASUS have jointly developed a mobile smartphone product line, which will be known as the Garmin-Asus nüvifone series. The companies will market several Garmin-Asus nüvifone models in 2009.

A new Garmin-Asus nüvifone model will be announced at the Mobile World Congress in February.

J.D. Power has released a report card on how well wireless providers service their customers. They rated three point-of-contact methods: telephone calls with a service representative and/or automated response system (ARS); visits to a retail wireless store; and on the web.

The J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Wireless Customer Care Performance Study shows more efficiently phone transferred customers were more satisfied.

T-Mobile ranks highest in wireless customer care performance with an index score of 755 on a 1,000-point scale, followed by Verizon Wireless (749) and Alltel (744).

In addition to demonstrating strong performance in transferring customers from an automated response system to a live service representative, T-Mobile also performs particularly well in the walk-in and online methods of customer service.

Katrina wants a surprise from Sallu on Valentines Day

katrina-kaif _32_.jpg

In a recent interview Katrina Kaif revealed that she and Salman are busy on Valentine’s day and she is expecting a surprise from him. Read below:

Rumour has it that your relationship with Salman is headed for permanency. He’s supposedly buying you a home on Valentine’s Day?

I must say that, according to media, Salman seems to be in some generous mood. He’s supposed to be buying me a place; supposedly buying Asin a place… It’s hilarious. Though the truth is, I don’t think that he’s buying any house — for her or me.

What’s your Valentine’s Day plan? Any special event with Salman?

Yes! Salman and I have plans on V-day. Unfortunately, not together. I’m shooting a song in Turkey with Rajkumar Santoshi; while Salman is shooting for Veer in northern India. Unless he plans to surprise me, of course!

Etta James Calls Out Beyonce

Barack Obama and wife Michelle shared their first dance as President and First Lady to Beyonce's rendition of "At Last," made famous by Etta James.

Sweet, right?

Not according to James!

"You guys know your president, right? You know the one with the big ears? Wait a minute, he ain't my president, he might be yours, he ain't my president," James told fans during a concert in Seattle last week.

Beyonce PhotographEtta James

Are you on Team Beyonce or Team Etta?

The singer then zeroed in on Beyonce:

"You know that woman he had singing for him, singing my song - she's gonna get her a-- whipped. The great Beyonce...But I can't stand Beyonce. She has no business up there, singing up there on a big ol' president day...singing my song that I've been singing forever."

(Pssst, Etta: Glenn Miller actually recorded "At Last" in 1941; Nat King Cole proceded to cover it 1957; your version hit the air 20 years after the original.)

The Latest Controversy Surrounding Joanna Pacitti

Compared to season eight contestants such as Lil Rounds and Danny Gokey, aspiring singer Joanna Pacitti has scarcely been seen so far on American Idol.

But early spoilers indicate this crooner reaches the round of 36, which may create quite a stir across the Internet.

Pic of Pacitti

As previously reported, Pacitti has already enjoyed a career in the spotlight: she starred in a production of Annie, appeared on an MTV series and released an album under A&M Records.

To critics, this ought to disqualify Pacitti from the competition. With that in mind, we can't wait to see how they react to the following news!

Jason Wahler Disses Whitney Port, The City

Despite being renewed early for a second season, Whitney Port and her new reality TV series, The City, are a bit hard up for ratings this winter.

Count Jason Wahler among those not watching - and surprised about MTV's early commitment to a sophomore campaign for The Hills spinoff.

He's not sugar-coating his feelings, either.

"I can't believe it got picked up for a second season," Jason Wahler said of The City.

"I thought it was kind of a terrible show. I mean, I like Whitney, but they are trying to drag her show out way too much. I didn't know that many people who were watching [The City] to begin with, so for it to be renewed is shocking."

Ohhh, snap!

Katja Decker-Sadowski, Jason Wahler Pic

Jason Wahler and fiancee Katja Decker-Sadowski.

Incidentally, Wahler's comments were made at last night's premiere of Jordan Eubanks and Brian Drolet's 2 Dudes and a Dream. Jordan and Brian used to date Heidi Montag and Audrina Patridge, respectively. Reality TV losers of a feather ...

Not surprising: Wahler - who dated Lauren Conrad on both Laguna Beach and The Hills - is currently developing a new reality show of his own. We're sure this television event will be a huge ratings hit and critically lauded, as well.

Quite surprising: It will follow his life with Katja Decker-Sadowski, a USC tennis player who hasn't dumped his ass in nearly two years of dating! Talk about incredible.
